Let me expand on that. My cousin got married recently and the fiancée’s stag night party began with a three course dinner at Dish Cooking Studio. The studio offers group cooking classes to which you can bring your own wine for accompanying the fruits of your labour. The instructing chef split us up into three groups of one course each. I landed in the dessert category: Mint chocolate ice cream with fresh berries and chocolate mousse. The mousse was dairy-free and fairly easy. The ice cream was neither. But ultimately as good tasting as it looks, and a fun treat to organize for a group outing.
